Riteway Invest in Innovative Machining Centre

Riteway have just taken delivery of a new Doosan DNM 6700 to add to its growing range of machining centres.

The design concepts of the DNM6700 are high speed, high rigidity and suitability for universal applications. Standard features are the largest machining space in its class, direct coupled spindle, roller guideways and thermal error compensation to provide optimum precision. The DNM 6700 includes grease lubrication to the roller guideways for more environmental-friendliness.

The increased Table size facilitates the processing of larger work pieces with more complex shapes and the maximum table load can accept heavier workpieces. Increased spindle power and torque maximize cutting capacity. In addition, the direct drive spindle provides improved acc/dec rates which reduce spindle start/stop time and improves the productivity of rigid tapping.
